TelemedGH – Data Processing & Use Agreement for Health Practitioners

This agreement governs how patient personal information is handled by doctors using TelemedGH.

Responsibilities of TelemedGH

TelemedGH shall:

  • Process only non-clinical data
  • Provide secure data storage
  • Ensure encrypted transmission
  • Limit access to authorised personnel
Responsibilities of the Doctor

The doctor agrees to:

  • Handle data strictly for appointment booking
  • Not collect additional data via the platform
  • Not store or share patient personal information outside clinical requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Use the information solely for legitimate medical care
Restrictions

Doctors must NOT:

  • Use patient mobile numbers for marketing
  • Transfer data outside Ghana without consent
  • Store clinical information on the platform
